(MMD Newswire) May 6, 2009 -- With my irrefutable running technique science discovery running has become a great way of coping with the bundle of nerves caused by the overwhelming problems which the world now faces. It will even create jobs in a number of fields. That includes policemen who are required to pass a running performance test.

Running gives unemployed persons who have been sedentary the physical strength and endurance to become more active and have the option of taking on manual labor to survive.

My book will instruct people in my running technique to a level that have never been seen before. They will be able to coach with the first correct technique.

When the going gets tough, the tough get going with running.

My discovery makes running soft, smooth, relaxed, injury free and fast.

Many people won't run because every runner gets injured and is hard on the joints. Not so anymore.

I discovered the secret technique we all learned subconsciously to run with as a baby.
We all use the same basic technique because it is the only way anyone can run.

Self transport at all speeds from walking to sprinting is the most often used activity. Being stronger at it makes your whole life easier.

Running has many applications. It is used for health, exercise, sports, entertainment, promoting causes, and having fun.

Getting certified by me will create jobs in a huge industry.

It will help the sports equipment and sports clothing industry by motivating more people.

My technique discovery of how we all self transport ourselves by walking, running or sprinting is the first irrefutable science in sports, exercise, fitness and general moving about. It is observable in a one minute trial anyone can take. Run four steps forward and backward. Notice that you drop your feet to the rear to run forward. Notice that you drop your feet out front to run backward. Those are two of three stages of running that cannot be done another way. The first stage is a short speed pickup phase when you drop your feet behind to increase speed with each step to reach a level pace. The second stage has both a slowdown and a speedup phase to stay at a level pace. You drop your feet out front at touchdown and the feet travel behind before taking off. The third stage is a slowdown phase when the feet drop far out front and take off a little out front. In all three stages of the forward and backward movements the runner is standing off a vertical balance for gravity to speed them up, keep them running at a steady pace, or slow them down. The lift on the toes for walking and the jump for running reverses the forward and downward pull by gravity to just a forward pull. The jump would be straight up if you weren't being pulled forward by gravity. Scientists, authors, coaches and general public were looking at the same stride as me and didn't understand that gravity is the only force that moves you forward to run. That is why none of them have a technique that moves you forward, no less a technique that will add speed. You can see with my technique exactly what a champion does to win a race. The champion's feet drop less in front than any others in the race. Gravity pulls you faster when your feet drop more to the rear. Training types and schedules won't improve you unless your feet land for speed. That is why most runners stay at a slow pace.

You can't take one step forward without falling ahead of your foot. Being pulled ahead by gravity is what everyone learned to do subconsciously as a baby. My technique is yet simple and grandiose that a child can understand. Children know what gravity will do to an object that is standing off balance. Contrary to what many authors have written, running exercises the whole body and not just the legs. The upper body works hard in a way to bring the feet forward faster.

Your audience will be fascinated by this information. Non runners remark "Wow! That sounds so logical, I never thought of it". My videos have over 50,000 views on YouTube. I get terrific comments from runners who have won championships using my technique. I have even been called a genius. Please feel free to contact Runner's World Magazine and ask what technique they regard as better than mine and see if I can refute them convincingly. I can demonstrate in non technical terms why: The muscles cannot push you forward to walk or run. Tilting the upper body doesn't affect speed. A relationship between stride length and stride frequency cannot be measured, and if you could it will not get you off balance for speed. Running or pushing into the ground at one angle head to toe is impossible. Lifting the knee high with foot over the opposite knee, then driving the foot down wastes time and smashes the foot into the ground. And why many other techniques taught, interfere with your speed and get you injured.

The best place to compare my discovery against what the experts teach is by contacting the editors of Runner's World magazine. They have published articles by the others, but won't publish mine. They disagree with mine, which I think they are afraid of it hurting them.
