Swiss conglomerate sells its Land Mobile Radio activities (LMR).
LMR achieves an annual turnover of more than 4 m US$ with a staff of 10 and plans to increase its turnover to above 5 m US$ p.a. over the next years. LMR has the best preconditions of rising to be the largest and most competent contractor of LMR in its trading area. LMR achieves an EBIT of 8% and features a broad base of existing installations, mainly with long-term customers, e.g. public authorities and organisations as well as emergency service providers.
The services offered by LMR comprise both complete LMR projects from planning to installation and operation plus after sales support of LMR-equipment as well as trading of LMR-components. Its main technological competencies are based on TETRA, wide band, digital and analog radio networks.
