If your youngster completed the online Hunter Education course with the Field Day waiver, here's a chance for them to receive firearm safety training.

This free, optional short course compliments the online curriculum whereby students will receive hands-on firearm safety training, a survival pack demonstration and a review of hunting regulations with a Department Conservation Officer. 

This course is open to anyone eight years of age and older (both children and adults are welcome) and is not required for certification (this course does not provide Hunter Education certification).
