LAS VEGAS, March 04, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Onfleet, whose cloud-based software makes it easy for businesses to manage last mile delivery operations, and Delivery Solutions, whose platform connects and orchestrates third-party delivery providers for retailers, announced today a new partnership that will enable Onfleet customers to access local delivery services via Delivery Solutions. The two companies made the announcement from the Shoptalk conference, taking place March 3-6, 2019 in Las Vegas.

Onfleet and Delivery Solutions announced their new partnership from #Shoptalk
A new partnership between Onfleet and Delivery Solutions enables merchants to outsource delivery to pre-screened delivery service providers, and manage in-house deliveries via Onfleet’s cloud-based software.

Onfleet provides software for managing deliveries, while Delivery Solutions provides out-of-the-box access to delivery providers like DoorDash, Deliv, Shipt, Roadie and more. Merchants can work with Delivery Solutions to select the right delivery vendor for each order, while using Onfleet’s software to manage in-house deliveries – from routing and real-time tracking through proof of delivery and analytics. The two companies already have several clients in common, including Total Wine & More.

“Last-mile delivery is a huge challenge for merchants – in some cases, it doesn’t make sense for them to build out their own delivery fleets, but they still want to control the end-customer experience,” said Khaled Naim, Co-founder and CEO of Onfleet. “Onfleet already offers the software needed to manage those last-mile details – this new partnership with Delivery Solutions enables us to now also offer outsourcing the delivery service itself to third parties. We’re excited to have added this offering to our overall solution stack.”

Manil Uppal, Co-founder at Delivery Solutions said, “Onfleet and Delivery Solutions are a great combination for merchants, together providing a powerful set of capabilities needed to execute their last-mile delivery strategy. We’re excited to work with Onfleet and this collaboration will help add significant value to both companies’ customer bases.”
