Luanda, ANGOLA, August 31 - The Angolan Head of State, João Lourenço, last Thursday dismissed Jomo Francisco Isabel de Carvalho Fortunato from the post of C.E.O of the Dr António Agostinho Neto Memorial, due to his inappropriate conduct while directing cultural activities in the venue.,

João Lourenço appointed António Antunes Fonseca as the new C.E.O of the Dr António Agostinho Neto Memorial.

 

A press note issued by the Civil Office of the Head of State, which reached ANGOP last Thursday, the Dr António Agostinho Neto Memorial must be respected for its solemn importance.

 

The said memorial honours the figure of the late and first president of Angola, Dr António Agostinho Neto.
