Stifel Announces Pricing of $200 Million of Senior Notes

/EINPresswire.com/ -- ST. LOUIS, MO--(Marketwired - September 27, 2017) - Stifel Financial Corp. (NYSE: SF) today announced the pricing of $200 million principal amount of 5.20% Senior Notes due 2047 (the "Notes"). The Company has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $30 million in aggregate principal amount of Notes to cover over-allotments, if any. The Notes are expected to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange and to trade thereon within 30 days of the original issue date. The net proceeds from this offering will be used for general corporate purposes.

The Notes will be issued pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Form S-3 and available for review on the Securities and Exchange Commission's website at www.sec.gov.
