 Enterprise Bank & Trust Appoints Atul Kamra and Dr. Dwaun Warmack to Legal Board

ST. LOUIS, Sept. 19, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Enterprise Bank & Trust, the banking subsidiary of Enterprise Financial Services Corp (NASDAQ:EFSC) announced the appointment of Atul Kamra and Dr. Dwaun Warmack to its Legal Board on September 1, 2017.

Atul Kamra is Managing Partner of SixThirty, a global Financial Technology seed fund and business development program, and co-founding General Partner of SixThirty CYBER, the group’s Cyber Security fund. He is an advocate of entrepreneurship both professionally and civically, serving on the boards of St. Louis Fashion Fund & Incubator and Prosper Institute, a non-profit organization focused on women entrepreneurs.

Kamra’s prior banking experience includes nearly 20 years of leadership positions at Wells Fargo, Booz & Co, and American Express Bank in India. He is a member of the Greater St. Louis Financial Forum, BioSTL Coalition, and the Board of Advisors of Olin School of Business’ CFAR at Washington University in St. Louis. He also serves on the boards for Webster University and the St. Louis Public Schools Foundation Kamra is a graduate of both Bombay University in Mumbai, India and Duke University where he earned an MBA degree.

Dr. Dwaun Warmack serves as president of Harris-Stowe State University and is one of the youngest serving presidents of a four-year institution in the nation. Prior to his current role, he accomplished 18 years of administrative experience in higher education.

Warmack is a member of Grand Center and United Way of Greater St. Louis and Greater St. Louis Area Council, Greater St. Louis Council-Boy Scouts of America Board of Directors, and the St. Louis Regional Chamber. Additionally, he serves on boards for the Cortex, the Muny, and the St. Louis Science Center. He is a graduate of Delta State University, Union University, and received his post-doctoral studies from Harvard University in higher education.
