IT Governance approved to deliver cyber security services under the UK government G-Cloud 9 procurement framework

“The services IT Governance will be providing under the G-Cloud 9 procurement framework are designed to support public and private sector organisations working with government bodies to implement and certify to various industry standards and achieve compliance with the soon to be enforced General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Network and Information Directive (NIS).”
The UK government G-Cloud 9 framework allows UK government bodies to purchase Cloud services and is designed to facilitate public sector Cloud service acquisition in a quicker and more transparent manner.
The G-Cloud selection process eliminates the need to go through a full tender process as providers are approved by the Crown Commercial Service via the G-Cloud application process. G-Cloud allows suppliers to sell their Cloud services under the categories of Cloud hosting, Cloud software and Cloud support, and all services are available via the Digital Marketplace.
Under the G-Cloud framework for Cloud support, IT Governance will be providing six services: Cyber Health Check, SOC 2 Readiness Assessment and Remediation, High Level Cyber Audit and Review, Incident Management, Technical Assurance and Cloud Security Compliance.
