Statement by the Press Secretary on S. 3084
On Friday, January 6, 2017, the President signed into law:
S. 3084, the "American Innovation and Competitiveness Act," which amends and establishes new authorities for various programs at the National Science Foundation and the National Institute of Standards and Technology, as well as Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) education authorities.
