As part of its launch this November, this new blockchain technology travel startup, TamTam Travels, is offering heavily discounted packages on memberships, with additional rewards of it’s native currency for purchasing memberships. The One Year membership at $350, and the Five Year membership at $1,400 average up to a 60% discount compared to the official retail price.


The startup’s initiative is to offer members a bonus in its native blockchain currency “JIO Token” as a reward. The JIO Tokens can later be used towards the renewal of the subscription or traded on the secondary market. The goal is to eventually accept JIO Token against bookings for flights, hotels and other services in the members area.


JIO Tokens can be simplistically described as a decentralized version of Airmiles. However, it is not limited to a single use.
