(the "Company" or "Liquor Stores") (TSX: LIQ) held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on May 10, 2016, in Edmonton. A total of 3,470,721 shares, representing approximately 12.58% of common shares, were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting.

During the regular business proceedings at the meeting, shareholders approved the resolutions below:

1. Fixing Number of Directors

The number of directors was fixed at nine (9). Liquor Stores' shareholders present in person or represented by proxy at the meeting voted as follows:
