Adstream Acquires Deluxe's AdServices Business
Adstream Expands Its Presence in the USA and Canadian Markets to Better Serve North American Based Agencies and Brands
/EINPresswire.com/ -- NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 02/01/16 -- Adstream, a global provider of Digital Asset Management, media delivery and analytics technology, today announced that it has acquired Deluxe Entertainment Services Group Inc.'s (Deluxe) AdServices business.
Deluxe, a global leader in creative services and multi-platform content delivery solutions, has provided advertising management and delivery solutions to agencies and brands in media and advertising through its AdServices business. The acquisition complements Adstream's existing Digital Asset Management (DAM) offering and support services in the US and Canada, as well as making it a significant player in the North American TV and video delivery market. Matthew Ruffi, previously SVP Operations for Deluxe AdServices, joins Adstream as COO, North America.
"This is a significant step that will expand our DAM and delivery business in the North American market and drive our growth globally," stated Gerry Sutton, CEO of Adstream. "We have been very impressed with the Deluxe AdServices team, their service ethic and clients. The expanded company will have a notable advantage in servicing key US and global clients. We look forward to working with the new team, clients and existing partners in providing exceptional service and value to the market."
Headquartered in London, Adstream currently works with over 6,000 Global Agencies and Brands managing over 25 million creative assets and delivering 2 million assets per year to more than 125 countries. The Adstream Technology Platform allows agencies and brands to collaborate, review and store all forms of marketing content as well as delivery across multiple channels in a single system.
Deluxe AdServices is an established player in the North American advertising delivery market and has experienced significant growth in recent years though a strong focus on customer service and technology development. This year it will deliver between 10-20% of all Super Bowl spots to be aired during the game.
Ruffi commented, "This is an exciting next step for the team. Adstream is a fast-growing global business and offers significant opportunities for us to provide even more value to our clients both domestically and globally."
Sutton emphasized that Deluxe AdServices operations and all current partnerships and client relationships at both Adstream and Deluxe AdServices will continue uninterrupted and that, over time, Adstream will work with existing AdServices clients to expand its product offering and global delivery options as it integrates the Adstream Platform into new US operations.
