Panama City Dental Office to Expand Treatment Hours in February
PANAMA CITY, FL--(Marketwired - January 29, 2016) - Panama City Smiles, a leader in cosmetic dentistry, will extend its hours of operation this year and break ground on a new facility.
/EINPresswire.com/ -- The office will begin offering morning and evening hours for busy families who need to schedule appointments before or after work hours. Dr. Anish Patel, who operates Panama City Smiles, said last year the office was able to expand services and add an associate general dentist, Dr. Trae Pappas. "From our entire team at Panama City Smiles, we would like to express our sincerest appreciation to our patients, their loyalty and the trust they have placed in us," Dr. Patel said. "We strive to provide the service and results you deserve, and we look forward to another year of the best of oral health to our patients."
In addition to expanding treatment hours, Panama City Smiles will begin geographical research for a new office. Dr. Patel said he expects to break ground on the new facility in February.
The new office will include more space, which means more operatories and the ability to treat more patients throughout the day. Dr. Patel said he has wanted to move the practice into a new location for quite some time as his patient load has increased.
"A new office gives us the chance to treat more patients, integrate more advanced technology and give patients more timely visits," Dr. Patel said.
Panama City Smiles, 1022 Harrison Ave., offers general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics for adults and children and dental implants to replace individual missing teeth or to stabilize dentures. The practice uses the latest technology to provide quality dental care to its patients. Dr. Patel uses digital X-rays, which reduce radiation exposure, and intraoral cameras to teach patients about proper oral health techniques.
As a cosmetic dentist, Dr. Patel provides durable porcelain veneers, dental crowns, KoR whitening deep bleaching and ClearCorrect, a system that uses clear aligners to straighten crooked teeth. ClearCorrect is virtually undetectable and can correct crooked teeth, gapped teeth and mild bite issues.
Dr. Patel, who grew up in England, earned his undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Central Florida in Orlando and then his dental degree from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale. Dr. Patel is committed to advancing his skills in dentistry and takes more than 100 hours in continuing education every year. Following dental school, he completed a three-year program on progressive orthodontics and has extensive training in cosmetic dentistry and dental implants.
Panama City Smiles hosts Dentistry From The Heart every year, giving away thousands of dollars in free dental care to underserved or uninsured adults. The dental office treats about 100 patients during every Dentistry From The Heart event, and works with the community to provide participants free dental services.
