("First Trust") is pleased to announce restated reinvested distributions amounts, for the period ending December 31, 2015, for First Trust Senior Loan ETF (CAD-Hedged) and First Trust AlphaDEX™ U.S. Financial Sector Index ETF (the "ETFs"), which are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. On December 18, 2015 the ETFs announced distribution amounts for the period ending December 31, 2015, which were subject to adjustment. The reinvested distribution amounts for the First Trust ETFs have changed from the initial amounts, as indicated below. Reinvested distributions generally represent realized capital gains and other income or special distributions received by the ETFs over and above cash distributions paid out during the year and are paid to unitholders, as required, to ensure the ETFs are not liable for ordinary income tax.

The cash distributions are payable on January 8, 2016 to Unitholders of record on December 31, 2015 with an ex-dividend date of December 29, 2015. Details for the per unit distribution amounts are shown below:
