Guacamole Dip
Ingredients
Flesh of 2 avocados, mashed
4 cherry tomatoes, roughly chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
Juice of 1 lime
1 green chilli pepper, deseeded and finely chopped
1 teaspoon olive oil
Salt & Pepper

Put the mashed avocado into a bowl.
Add tomatoes, onion, chilli pepper, lime juice and olive oil.
Add salt & pepper.
Mix well and serve.


Salsa Dip
Ingredients
5 tomatoes, remove skins & finely chop
½ onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Juice of ½ lime
1 green chilli pepper, deseeded and finely chopped

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve.
