Telecom expert in leading-edge technologies and strategic analysis joins ACG Research

Robert Haim will extend ACG Research’s strong presence in the service provider space by bringing his extensive multi-disciplinary background and experience in networking technologies and data communication.

Mr. Haim will be responsible for ACG’s service provider business case analysis division. He will provide detailed technical and business case analyses for both infrastructure vendors and service providers in wireless and wireline technology segments, delivering total cost of ownership and total value of ownership analyses that support product launches, TCO tools used in one-on-one sales consultation, ROI analysis of turnkey solutions and use cases, in addition to ROI analysis of incremental revenue opportunities and economic evaluations of service pricing policies.

His professional experience includes working for R&D teams in protocol, software and hardware design. For the past fifteen years, he has worked in product management and product marketing for wireline and wireless infrastructures.
