Three Popular Hotels In Chicago Suburbs Get Makeovers Just In Time For Spring

The Hilton, Hyatt, and Sheraton hotels in Lisle are spring-cleaning with extensive renovations being completed throughout the properties.

LISLE, IL, USA, February 17, 2015 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Three hotels in Lisle are getting spring makeovers. The Hilton, Hyatt, and Sheraton hotels are all undergoing major projects in their public areas, restaurants, meeting rooms, guest rooms, lobbies, and fitness centers. All three of the hotels and conference centers in Chicago's suburb remain open for business during construction.

"I personally am very excited to see the new looks and updated amenities of these three hotels. It's a good sign to see hotels in Chicago suburbs investing so much into their properties. That is an indication that the economy can support the investment and we are certainly seeing that here in Lisle," said Diane Homolka, Executive Director of the Lisle Convention & Visitors Bureau (www.stayinlisle.com).

Renovations at the Hilton will include updating the design and look of the common areas and Allgauer's Restaurant and Lobby Bar. The Hilton has over 300 guest rooms and is capable of accommodating up to 500 guests in its 23 meeting rooms. The award-winning Allgauer's Restaurant provides custom catering for group events as well as public dining and a private 30 guest dining room.

The Hyatt is getting a very public makeover as the current multi-tier lobby becomes all one level. The new design follows an open lobby concept that includes new flooring and fresh contemporary furniture. A new bar, 1400 West, will now be centrally located in the hotel lobby and will be outfitted with complimentary Wi-Fi service, allowing guests to work and play at the same time. In addition, the hotel will be increasing its capacity of their outdoor Pavilion to accommodate 200 guests. The Hyatt has over 15,000 square-feet of indoor and outdoor event space including 17 meeting rooms.

The Sheraton Lisle is in the midst of a multi-million dollar transformation that includes renovations to the Sheraton Club Lounge, lobby, fitness center, ballroom, Entre Restaurant & Bar, and guestrooms. The open concept lobby adds communal seating, modernized décor, and high-speed Internet access. Guestrooms have been furnished in warm, earthy colors that provide a contemporary feel and feature the Sheraton Sweet SleeperTM Bed, flat-screen TVs, wireless Internet, bathrobes, and in-room safes. The Sheraton Club Lounge has also been redesigned to allow guests to enjoy a snack or a quiet place to work with high-speed Internet connections and workstations available in the lounge. Sheraton Lisle hotel has nearly 25,000 square feet of IACC-certified conference center space, including the 11,000 square-foot Grand Ballroom, an amphitheater, and 18 other versatile meeting rooms.
