RAFI WEISS AGREE TO SETTLEMENT WITH REGARD TO ARTICLES POSTED ON THE WEB

Weiss of Simshabs Capital Partners, Ltd. has accepted a settlement offer from a
developer in relation to slanderous articles posted and information distributed
on the web and in a municipality in New Jersey. Such settlement stipulates that
no further slanderous articles or information will be disseminated by the
developer. It is further acknowledged that the information that was distributed
did not reflect the truth.
Matters were deliberately misconstrued to negatively impact Mr. Weiss, due to his involvement in a project in New Jersey. Transactions and responses of those spoken with were taken out of context and wrongly portrayed.
The developer has agreed to contribute a total of $11,000.00 to a charity to be named by Rafi Weiss. In exchange, Rafi Weiss and any and all affiliated entities would agree to cease and desist from proceeding with litigation against the developer, without prejudice, and to consider this matter closed for the foreseeable future.
