9:00 a.m.-12:15 p.m. ET The New England Electricity Restructuring Roundtable will hold a special Roundtable on the just-amended Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI). Among the changes is an agreement by the six New England states, along with New York, Delaware, and Maryland, to reduce the cap by approximately 45%.

Please join the meeting to review the various RGGI amendments and their rationales, and explore the implications for energy markets in New England and the nation as a whole in the wake of President Obama's re-commitment to addressing climate change in his recent state-of-the-union address.
