Acclaim Pastor's divorce battle is over

"It has been a long process and with many scars left" stated Pastor Quintero upon learning about the court order. This battle started in Rockwall County, Texas in 2007 and moved to Palm Beach County, Florida in August 2009 when Pastor Quintero relocated to Florida after Miriam's attempts to destroy his Ministry and Real Estate Offices. During this long battle, Miriam Carolina attempted to kidnap the child and relocate him to the Republic of Venezuela without the fathers' consent, has taken many valuables from the marital property and pawn it or sold them for her sole benefit, empty the marital bank account and vanish for about a year which cause much emotional damage to the child. " it has been a very dramatic experience for the child, I never expect for Miriam Carolina Quintero-Cubillan to do something that merciless to her own child, furthermore forgetting him at her own statement published by her, on you tube. So, this is a rare instance where the Court finds a negative contribution to the marriage as far as the Wife's behavior towards the Husband, adversely affecting his ability and his business".
We have learned that while this case was pending in Court Pastor Quintero originally was granted with temporary custody of Jose, the minor child of the parties in this marriage, based on and attempt made by Miriam Carolina to unilaterally move the child to her native city of Maracaibo, Venezuela. Along many other factors which include and is not limited to child abuse committed by the mother and the further disappearance and abandonment of the child by her for about 11 months in 2010. The Palm Beach County Family Court granted primary parent status to Pastor Norman Quintero, reaffirming the temporary order entered by the Rockwall County Texas Court.
