There are more than 30,000 uninsured people in Boulder County alone. The state of health care continues to be a large political and community focus for our world’s leaders locally and nationally. Custom software development company Amadeus Consulting’s own Jay Millard, chief operating officer, was recently appointed to the St. Benedict Health and Healing Ministry (SBHHM) Board to offer his technology expertise in addressing the critical issue of health care in Boulder County.

The SBHHM is a Colorado non-profit organization that partners with a variety of preventative and primary health care-related agencies and organizations like the People’s Clinic and Boulder Community Hospital to explore and implement programs that meet underserved community members’ health needs. Millard’s extensive background in executive leadership, operational excellence, business development and marketing, along with his genuine passion and energy for doing the right thing, make him a perfect addition to the SBHHM board to execute their projects and generate new approaches to solving local health care problems.
