PotashCorp Extends Inventory-Related Shutdowns

Consistent with PotashCorp's practice of matching supply with market demand, notice was given to our Rocanville and Lanigan employees of the following potash inventory adjustments:

Rocanville will remain temporarily closed for up to an additional four weeks to March 31, 2012.
Lanigan will remain temporarily closed for up to an additional four weeks to March 31, 2012.
