Zoning Projects Module3: Applicants can apply on-line for zoning permits with required information being mandatory for submission, such as setbacks, types of uses, height, parking requirements, design and similar concerns. Once submitted, the department can do the appropriate review, fee calculating and notifications.
Temporary Sign/Banner Permit Module: Applicants can apply on-line for a sign/banner permit. Once submitted, if any review is needed, it can automatically be sent to the appropriate department.
All additional software solutions deployed by Montgomery in 2024 will continue to simplify and digitize once manual, paper-based government processes, allowing for government workers to dedicate their valuable time to more pressing municipal tasks, and saving constituents the hassle of traveling to city hall in person.
