New York City’s 4 Wheel City works hard for diversity, equity, and inclusion. This has caught the attention of The Inaugural Anthem Awards.

The duo are best known for their stance against gun violence, something that has left both inspirational artists wheelchair bound.Anthem Winners are selected by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences. 4 Wheel City use hip-hop music and culture in a rare and near unique way.
