Canon launches compact imaging solutions ideal for small businesses
KINGSTON, JAMAICA, July 1, 2015 /EINPresswire.com/ -- KINGSTON, July 1st, 2015.- Canon USA, Inc. - Latin America Group, a leader in digital imaging solutions, announced the launch of imageRUNNER 1400 and imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3300 series’ new models, offering powerful information management, multifunction, easy maintenance, reliable and compact size solutions. They are ideal for small and medium enterprises in key vertical markets such as government, education sector, health care and legal services.
With the imageRUNNER 1400 (one copier -1430J- and three multifunction -1435-1435i-1435iF), users can scan and e-mail documents or scan-to and print-from a USB memory stick. Small enough to fit on a desktop, the imageRUNNER 1400 Series can be used by itself or as part of a larger Canon MFP fleet. It has low total cost of ownership (TCO), plus its maintenance is easy and reliable.
The quality of the images from the imageRUNNER 1400 series is impressive, it has a 1200 dpi x 600 dpi (enhanced) print resolution and guaranteed productivity through fast print speeds, with a first-copy-out time as fast as 6.9 seconds and output up to 37 ppm. The highly visible, 5-line display simplifies use while the standard 600-sheet capacity can be increased to 1,100 sheets to handle many jobs without interruption. The Canon’s uniFLOW® software helps control costs by managing, tracking, and charging back usage. Users can also retrieve securely documents from any networked device thanks to this software.
Due to its ecological design, the imageRUNNER 1400 series has a low TEC (Total Energy Consumption), and each of the devices follow the Canon’s stringent Green Procurement policy and environmental commitments.
Meanwhile, the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3300 series offers maximum productivity as a result of smart features. Paper documents can be scanned and converted into easily editable formats, including Microsoft® Word, PowerPoint® or Adobe® PDF. This set provides access to information directly from certain applications in the cloud and supports printing-from and scanning-to Apple® or Android® mobile devices.
The efficient design helps achieve a low cost-per-page and low total cost of ownership. The control panel has full-range tilt for an ideal viewing at a variety of angles. The printer also has a reminder LED and a transparent tray to help prevent forgotten original documents, soft-close drawers to help prevent slamming and a second tray offers standard envelope support.
Within this series, the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3330i / C3325i, besides of compact and powerful, are ideal options for small environments. It allows easily handling a range of printing tasks from envelopes to sheets up to 12” x 18”. The inner finisher option can bind documents with either a staple or an environmentally conscious, staple-free closure.
