Vidal’s legal career began in Chicago in 1981 and moved him to New York in 1986 as an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he later became a partner. Vidal moved to Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP to develop the firm’s securities practice in Latin America and later became co-head of Latin America for Hughes Hubbard & Reed. Today, he focuses on arranging BPO and LPO services, and negotiating subcontracting agreements with suppliers based in North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific.
