Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre Logic-Al Choice for UKOOA Energy Breakfast
UKOOAs next Energy Breakfast moves to the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre on 8 June to kick off LOGICs two-day conference on improving competitiveness in the oil and gas industry.
LOGIC chief executive Chris Freeman will be speaking at the breakfast meeting where his presentation, The importance of co-operation in the new era, will focus on the collaborative work his organisation is spearheading to boost business throughout the sectors supply chain.
The meeting will be opened by Ian Craig, Enterprise Oils technical director and a member of PILOT and LOGIC, who will talk more generally about the two Government-backed initiatives created to rejuvenate the UKCS. On the panel will be Bill Edgar, chairman and chief executive of Wood Group Engineering, and Jim Campbell of the DTI.
UKOOAs Energy Breakfasts, which are sponsored by The Royal Bank of Scotland, were launched 12 months ago to provide a regular forum for businesses in the North East of Scotland to exchange views on the issues facing the UK offshore oil and gas industry.
Tickets for Junes event cost £30 per person or £250 plus VAT per table of ten.
