Jan 25, 2010 (PRN): Scales Advertising announced that Holli Maines has been named the agency's Account Director and Betsey Findorff will assume Senior Account Executive responsibilities within its account service group.

Maines, who will help lead the account services department and build client businesses, was previously Group Account Director for Hunt Adkins, where she also managed new business. Before that, she was at JT Mega, supervising multiple Hormel account service teams, and Carmichael Lynch, where she managed one of the agency's largest clients, A.G. Edwards Brokerage Firm.

Maines brings a successful portfolio of work for clients ranging from consumer goods to financial service to business-to-business. "My philosophy for successful account leadership is really becoming the client yourself," she said. "It's not enough to just service your client,; you have to fully immerse yourself into their brand so you can understand their needs and anticipate what lies ahead."

Findorff, who has extensive experience in food and consumer packaged goods marketing, most recently was a Senior Marketing Planner for in-store marketing and food packaging at Target Corporation. Prior to that, she worked at JT Mega and managed consumer communications for multiple deli brands under Hormel Foods and Fresh Seasons Market, an independent grocery retailer in Minnesota. Earlier, while at Clarity Coverdale Fury, she assisted in the development and execution of a multi-million dollar statewide anti-tobacco campaign in Minnesota.
