Purpose has completed the initial public offering of the ETF securities of the Funds and will commence trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange today under the ticker symbols “SYLD”, “PINC” and “PINV”, respectively.

Investments in fixed income securities generally will be below investment grade.

The Fund is a go-anywhere, high-yielding fixed-income solution that applies extensive bottom-up fundamental analysis and a focus on capital preservation to invest across North American credit markets. This strategy is designed to work well in bear bond markets, through active management of credit risk and minimizing of interest-rate exposure.

Purpose Multi-Asset Income Fund (PINC) seeks to generate a high level of income and long-term capital growth by investing primarily in a mix of income-producing securities, including but not limited to, equity securities, common and preferred shares, real estate investment trusts, convertible securities, investment grade fixed income securities, higher yielding, lower quality fixed income securities, floating rate debt instruments and asset-backed securities and mortgage-backed securities, which may be located anywhere in the world.

The Fund is a diversified high-income strategy with an institutional-style, pension-like approach that applies a systematic, tactical model to allocate across various global asset classes and a bottom-up, sector-specialist approach for security selection.
