LONDON, UK, October 26, 2015 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Rock The Goat- is a game which sees you balance Barry the Goat on a wobbly arc, for as long as possible. As you collect coins, you’ll reveal Barry’s vast wardrobe of costumes (because goats love to dress up) along with his unique hand-drawn locations to play in.

Rock The Goat on iOS and Android is a debut for the developers Galaxy Crunch, a London-based team consisting of Harry Lynn-Evans and his best buddy Joe Mortimer. The games uses the F.A.R.M (Fun And Realistic Motion) system built by Metacoded, drawing inspiration from games which use a responsive balancing mechanic, particularly that of the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater franchise. It's led to Rock The Goat having totally unique gameplay that’s easy to pick up, but kinda hard to master.

The visuals were hand-drawn in order to match the wobbly and light feel of the gameplay, opting for a two-tone and bright 2D style. Each costume and background location are completely different, which adds to the game's personality and gives the players something really exciting to unlock. The composer Joss Campbell was brought in to create the instantly catchy and fun theme song, inspired by 90’s cartoons. Pekingese Publishing liked the mechanics of the game and offered to produce and publish it.

It’s a light hearted, casual mobile game with an original look and feel that’s been designed to make you laugh! Hopefully everyone will enjoy playing it and discovering Barry’s world!
