Maricopa County Real Estate Professionals Pay It Forward with Heroes Home Advantage
October 14, 2015 – Maricopa County, AZ– Heroes Home Advantage proudly announces that a group of professionals in Maricopa County have joined their program. The real estate rebate program provides rebates, discounts and credits to local heroes who are purchasing or selling a home.

Heroes Home Advantage has teamed up with real estate agent Michelle Houze of Re/Max Platinum Living, Steve Fisher of The Insurance Team, James Barker of South Pacific Financial Corp., Tom Buckhardt of B & A Home Inspection Company, Tricia Hinrich of Driggs Title Agency, Inc . and April Schaffroth of Farmers Insurance Agency. These partners have demonstrated their commitment to helping those who protect and enrich the lives of Maricopa County area residents.

Participating realtors donate 25% of their commission as cash back or credits as allowable per the realtor’s state and lenders will provide a minimum $500 credit as allowable per the lenders state. Their team of professionals offer discounted rates to local heroes for each of their services, for a savings up to $5,000.
