Unto the Guidance of the Blessed Trinity, chosen by Pope John Paul II for my studies of long years of studies and research, on how best to promote priestly vocation in the society as to eradicate poverty, inhuman policies, promoting education, providing employment after education the concept of global development policy.
The VROAEF = Vocation Realise On Agric Empowerment FOUNDATION is a non-political party but on dignity in policy, not a religious order but own by Religious for foundation institute set up to empower His Grace Most Rev Dr Adewale Alfred MARTINS Priestly Vocation and to eradicate miserable living, to uphold dignity in its entire concept, as well challenges within Nigeria and the World at large on:

This Foundation designed by a catholic Jesuit Priest an American NY, Rev Fr Francis CUSIMANO SJ and led the adventure to encourage Rev Fr Adewale Alfred MARTINS to live his priestly vocation in total submission Love in holiness, as to help Christ in his mission on earth, to help lift Africans to a faithfully worship, to show priests and religious how to live a true vocation, with these he wished Rev Fr Adewale Alfred MARTINS to head catholic as holy Father.

Rev Fr Francis CUSIMANO SJ held as a Divine teaching Rev Fr Adewale Alfred MARTINS transmitted to his Goddaughter Joyce IROKA to designed the foundation.

Late Rev Fr Francis CUSIMANO SJ American NY: Died On Wednesday 18th November 1998.
On Wednesday 14tth October 1998, l went to tell Fr CUSIMANO SJ, l have change my mind from going to France, beside the years you spent in lecturing me on the call of Rev Fr Adewale Alfred MARTINS ( my Godfather) vocation Love in Holiness.

Fr CUSIMANO SJ replied while fixed his eyes on the Cross where Christ laid “what he taught you MUST be realise, wouldn’t you Joyce, help Christ, on your Godfather’s teaching which you wanting to realise, Holy his teaching and your wish”, your Godfather has a precious Vocation. Joyce, you have EVERYTHING you need to realise this, l did not spend money what l spent is what l hold precious, to realise the Mission of Christ, Application of the Father’s Commandment…

Joyce in France, do not call, do not write me & your Godfather until you finish and if you need more years use them, my cousin and sister, l told you will help in the foundation as well America Government will assist you, they are very good, my brothers Jesuits and myself will always be at your service to encourage Rev. Fr Adewale Alfred MARTINS, your Godfather to head catholic as Holy Father soon Amen.

A NEW VOCATION REALISE ON AGRIC EMPOWERMENT FOUNDATION is a new foundation whose method of presentation of projects and budget is different from the formal. No project budget has ever been accurate of which many project Directors are be accused of incompetents and fraud.
